Debate Motion: 

THW impose criminal liability on individuals who fail to assist a person in danger, when doing so would not place the person who is helping at serious risk.

Yes, your coaches will be debating the same motion you had at the NYU finals. This time, it is your call to decide which team wins the debate. All the votes will be displayed.
